MR. DRY 104 is a single-component, elastomeric, crack- bridging, and acrylic coating system suitable for all types of concrete substrates and natural stones. It offers high elongation exceeding 1000%.
1. Terrace areas. 2. Protective coating for natural stone. 3. Water-retaining structures subjected to movements. 4. To protect concrete from water, carbonation, and de-icing salts. 5. Waterproofing of roofs, sunken floors in bathrooms, water closets, etc.
1. Highly flexible. Provides good abrasion resistance. 2. Provides excellent waterproofing properties. 3. High crack bridging ability up to 1 mm. 4. Excellent penetration in the substrate due to very low particle size which enables complete filling of pores. 5. Excellent resistance against UV, Infrared rays, and algal and fungal growth. 6. Easy to apply using a brush, roller, or spray. 7. Eco-friendly due to very low V.O.C. (volatile organic components). 8. Eliminates site manipulations.
2 to 3 sqm/ kg for 2 coats on IPS (Coverage may vary depending on the surface).
