Durocon 650
The shrinkage-compensated, hydraulic-cement based grout shall be DUROCON 650. The grout shall have compressive strength minimum of 55 MPa at 7 day and 65 MPa at 28 days; flexural strength minimum of 9 MPa at 28 days. The grout exhibits positive volumetric expansion in plastic stage, based on gaseous expansion system. Grout shall be flowable at 0.16 w/c ratio and have fresh wet density in excess of 2200 Kg/m3.

Each bag of 40 kg of DUROCON 650 mixing with 6.4 Lit. of water (Flowable) yields 21 Lit. i.e., approximately 48 x 40kg bags / M³. When extended with 15 kg of aggregate (SG: 2.6) per bag of DUROCON 650, the yield will be 26 Lit., and with 30 kg of aggregate, the yield will be 33 Lit.
