Mr. 830 EL
Mr. DRY 830EL is an elastomeric flexible, two-component polymers modified cementitious composite system that requires no addition of water on site. The product shall be applied in minimum of two coats to achieve a total DFT of 1mm. When cured, a 2mm thick Mr. DRY 830EL membrane shall accommodate movements up to 0.5mm, or up to 1.2mm when reinforced with 100% virgin polypropylene woven fabric.
1.Basement-waterproofing. 2. Waterproofing coating for drinking water tanks, sumps, etc. 3. Water-retaining structures subjected to movements. 4. To protect concrete from water, carbonation, and de-icing salts. 5. Waterproofing of roofs, sunken floors in bathrooms, WC, etc.
1.CO2 barrier, provides anti-carbonation benefits. 2. Retains flexible when submerged. 3. Good chemical resistance against soft water, domestic waste water, manure or other liquids moderately aggressive to mineral substrates. 4. Resist occasional foot traffic. 5. Water vapour permeable. 6. Saves time - Can be applied to 24-hour-old concrete. 7. Excellent adhesion. Bonds to porous and non-porous surfaces. 8. Non-toxic; suitable for contact with potable water.
Each square meter will require minimum of 0.9 Kg of mixed material per layer. The coverage rate for each layer will be strongly influenced by the roughness of the substrate. 1. 1.8 kg / m² in two coats to achieve 1 mm thickness. 2. 3.6 kg / m² in three coats to achieve 2 mm thickness.
