MR DRY 435
The crystalline waterproofing system shall be MR DRY 435, crystalline waterproofing slurry containing highly active, penetrative, reactive catalysts. These products contain specialist additives that plays role of catalyst in the formation of water-insoluble crystalline microstructures deep within the capillaries and interstices of cementitious matrix of concrete and mortars. As the crystalline capillary waterproofing system enables effective pore sealing it does not rely on film formation on the surface and is not affected by the negative hydrostatic pressure. The system is equally effective against either positive and negative water pressure or osmotic pressure.

1. Protects from waterborne corrosive agents. 2. Penetrates concrete, seals capillaries, and hairline cracks. 3. Non-toxic and non-tainting. 4. Imparts integral water tightness to structures. 5. Permanently active - Crystalline action is reactivated by contact with water, crystals continue to grow until cracks are sealed. 6. Equally effective against both positive and negative water pressure or osmotic pressure. 7. Chloride free & easy to apply.
1. MR. DRY 435 as slurry coat: 1 Kg/m2 for two coats. 2. MR. DRY 435 as dry-shake: 1 – 1.5 Kg/m2
