MR DRY 195
MR DRY 195 is based on advanced vinyl-acrylate polymer composites and is available in varied cross-sections. It can permanently seal construction joints by undergoing reversible swelling on exposure to water to form an effective seal. MR. DRY 195 is formulated to exhibit low pre-mature swelling (less than 50% within 12 hours) and shall not be based on super absorbents. The water bar shall have low swelling pressure; not exceeding 0.25 MPa at full swelling capacity.
1. Any kind of Construction joints. 2. Water tanks & water retaining structures. 3. The abutments of concrete and rock, masonry, etc. 4. The rafts and walls in tunnels and basements. 5. Steel and concrete pipes, precast elements, etc.
1.Swells in contact with water by up to 150 %, effectively seals the joint. 2. Effective even in salt water or brackish water. 3. Elastomeric, keeps swelling and reverting to original volume throughout the life of the structure. 4. MR DRY 195 has been approved for drinking water installations. 5. Resistant to a wide range of chemicals. 6. Water molecules are held by molecular attraction, not by vacuum. 7. Controlled swelling – does not affect concrete. 8. Does not generate foam or gas with water. 9. Prevents water ingress even when the joint width varies.
MR DRY 195 is available in a 90 m roll of 20 mm X 10 mm & 20 mm X 05 mm cross-section area.
